The directions were clear and easy to follow. However…after the initial uploading of the image, it disappeared and turned into a red “x”. I noticed the previous poster’s images aren’t displaying properly, either. Is this new and is there a fix?

I just set it up on Gmail with Firefox 3.5 and it works like a charm. Yes, it should be built-in, but this is an easy workaround.

This has been working for me for a while now, but today for some reason the images stopped being displayed. Anyone else seeing this?

Thanks, great post with clear instructions. Just a point to note – I attempted this using IE7 (on Windows XP) and the image would not save to the signature, the path appeared to be broken. But when I attempted it in Firefox everything worked like a dream.

Finally! I needed to create two separate signatures and sometimes don’t need any signature. Perfect solution. THANK YOU!

It doesn’t really help. It’s a pin to have to choose my signature everytime I send an e-mail. The signature should be automatic!
